1. Goods are still in the same intact condition as when the goods were received.
2. Include the return label.
Part 3 - Returns and Refunds Policy
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Product to us within thirty (30) days of receipt. The product must be unused, undamaged and in the packaging of the original.
- Products must be received by FLAZZSTORES before payment or replacement can be made. You ensure that our Products receive the same conditions as when you received them and are properly packaged. If the goods are sent to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to receive and send back the products to you.
- We do not accept assistance that is done directly.
- Our Quality Check Team will take 2 (two) to 4 (four) working days to process you. The time it takes to process may depend on the method selected, location, delivery date and courier speed. Refunds will be made as soon as we receive the goods and according to the method of funds stated on your slip.
